Stephen is the former Chief Investigator of the Independent Commission Against Corruption. With over 28 years of working experience with the ICAC, Stephen's major area is in criminal law, particularly on white collar crimes such as corruption, commercial crimes, money laundering, fraud and deception.
He also works on cases relating to general crime, administrative law and human rights. Stephen occasionally accepts cases in the field of civil litigation.
