Dickson is a Swedish born Chinese who was called to the Bar of England and Wales (The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn) prior to joining the Bar of Hong Kong.

Dickson is very approachable and maintains a predominantly civil practice, with a particular emphasis in commercial and company law cases, although he accepts instructions in all areas of Chamber’s work. He is valued for his astute and meticulous analysis of both legal and factual issues, as well as his eloquent and effective advocacy in Court. 

On the civil front, Dickson has experience as an advocate in his own right, from the District Court up to the Court of Appeal. He is regularly instructed to draft pleadings and appear for interlocutory applications, including: Norwich Pharmacal Orders, Mareva Injunctions, Summary Judgments, Default Judgments and Security for Cost.

Apart from litigation, Dickson receives regular instructions for advisory work, including written opinions on legal issues and pre-IPO advice.

Dickson has also appeared as guest speaker on numerous occasions for CPD courses for professionals in the legal and financial industry. Topics of such talks involve various aspects of Company Law, including shareholder’s remedies and companies winding-up.

On the criminal front, he has trial experience in both Magistracy and District Court levels as sole advocate. He also acted as a led junior counsel in the Court of Appeal.

Aside from his practice, Dickson regularly takes time for pro bono work for the Free Legal Advice Scheme of the Duty Lawyer Service and the Pro Bono Scheme of the HKBA. He has been recognised with numerous Individual Awards by the Secretary for Home Affairs for Provision of Pro Bono Legal Services. He frequently acts as an advocacy coach for the Mock Trial – Justice Education Project organised by the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention.

陳翔竣大律師在2012年從英國修讀完法律學士和英國大律師專業課程後回香港，在香港已經有超過10年的大律師經驗。

陳大律師擅長民事訴訟，尤其商業法和公司法。他過往也處理過多宗中文審訊案件。

除了處理民事訴訟外，陳大律師也有提供各種法律意見，包括訴訟前的案件勝算意見和為準備來香港上市的公司撰寫法律意見。

陳大律師過往也為法律及金融行業的人士的專業培訓課程擔任客席講師。演講內容為香港公司法，包括股東權益和公司清盤。
