PRACTICE
Martin was admitted to the Chinese University of Hong Kong through the Early Admission Scheme, where he ranked top of his class in his first two years of studies and received a prize for best performance in Criminal Law. He then went on to complete his PCLL and was awarded the Hong Kong Bar Association Prize for Trial Advocacy.
Martin also obtained Distinction in his LLM from the London School of Economics, ranking top of his year in the Corporate and Securities Law specialism and with prizes for best performance in Corporate Governance and Secured Financing.
Martin is keen to develop a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions for both advocacy and advisory work. He has been involved in cases on Civil, Commercial and Criminal law.
